Raft Building

Tonight at Youth Club (if the rain holds off) we will be building model rafts and racing them down the brook. Hopefully some photos will follow. We will also be looking at what the Bible has to say about how God wants to cope with conflicts: big and small!

Youth Club is for children in school years 7 to 9, and meets on Fridays during the school terms, normally between 7 and 9pm in the church building.

Sunday 22nd June & Church Picnic

We meet as a whole church to worship God each Sunday morning at 10:30am in the church building. This Sunday at our monthly Family Service, Trevor (our pastor) will be preaching. During the service there is a creche for pre-school children, and after the service there will be refreshments served.

After the service we are then heading up to Beacon Hill (lower car park) to share a picnic together. Bring your own packed lunch and possibly a chair/blanket to sit on.

In the evening at 6pm in the church building, our Christianity Explored course continues.

Swimming Trip

For Youth Club tonight we are going to the Fun Swimming Session at Loughborough Leisure Centre. Meet in the church car park at 6:15pm with your swimming costume, towel, £1.70 to swim and £1 for a locker. We will drop you off home around 9pm.

Youth Club is for children in school years 7 to 9, and meets on Fridays during the school terms, normally between 7 and 9pm in the church building.

Sunday 1st June

We meet as a whole church to worship God each Sunday morning at 10:30am in the church building. This Sunday Andy Hutchinson will be our visiting preacher, sharing God’s word from Romans 1 on ‘Thanks-Living’. At the end of the service we will share communion together. During the service there is a creche and Sunday School for the children, and after the service there will be refreshments served.

In the evening at 6pm in the church building, our Christianity Explored course continues.

Bowling Trip

Tonight at youth club we are going bowling. Meet in the car park at 6:45pm. We will drop you off at home afterwards. It’s gonna be loads of fun!

Sunday 25th May

Remember this Sunday morning at 10:30am is the dedication of Hannah Newton, followed by a bring and share church barbecue. For more information click here.

Christianity Explored

Do you want to explore what the Christian faith is all about, or as a Christian do you want to build strong foundations for your faith?

The Christianity Explored course gives you time and space to think through who Jesus is and why he matters. Starting Sunday 25th May, at 6pm until 8pm in New Life Community Church. Light refreshments will be served each week. The course will last about 7 weeks.

Dedication Service & Church Barbecue (Sunday 25th May)

Next Sunday morning at 10:30 as a part of our Family Service we will be dedicating and giving thanks to God for Hannah Newton. Afterwards there will then be a bring and share church barbecue. Everyone is warmly invited to this occasion.

Wide Games

Tonight at Youth Club, we will be running around the woods playing Wide Games – come in suitable clothes and ready to win! Remember if you want to come bowling next week, you need to bring £4.50 tonight.

Sunday 18th May

On Sunday at 10:30am we will meet as a whole church for our ‘Celebration Service’ – to worship God and listen to his Word speak into our lives. Trevor will be finishing our Ephesians series by preaching on chapter 6. For children there is a Sunday school and a creche during the service. After the service refreshments are served and there is time to get to know each other better. Everyone is very welcome to join us!

In the evening we will meet at 6:00pm to ‘Engage with God’ through worship, prayer and communion.
